Our client, an award winning 5* hotel, is recruiting for an experienced and talented Chef de Partie to join their banqueting kitchen. The ideal Chef de Partie will have proven experience within 4/5 star hotels, preferably within banqueting or high volume. You will be able to manage the section in the kitchen, be organised, have attention to detail, and be involved with supporting and developing junior chefs.
