We are looking for someone to lead our capacity-building work across Bexley and Greenwich, supporting voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector to thrive, adapt to changing needs and remain sustainable, enabling them to deliver high-quality services and improve outcomes for residents.

Working closely with a wide range of community, health and statutory partners, you will lead a small team to deliver practical support, training and advice whilst helping organisations to develop skills, confidence and sustainability needed to maximise their impact.
