Bexley Tigers Basketball Club is seeking an ambitious, commercially minded individual to join us as our Commercial & Partnerships Manager. This role is designed for someone who wants to build something, not just fill a position. You will start on a commission-only basis, with a clear and genuine pathway to a full-time salaried role and progression into Head of Commercial & Partnerships, leading your own department and team.

Key Responsibilities
- Commercial & Revenue Generation
- Secure commercial partners and sponsors across the club and its programmes
- Sell sponsorship packages including kit & team sponsorship, programme sponsorship (schools, community, camps), digital and social media partnerships, event and activation partnerships
- Identify and develop new revenue streams
- Partnerships & Relationships
- Build longâterm relationships with local and national businesses
- Manage sponsor relationships to ensure renewals and upsells
- Work closely with leadership to align partnerships with club values
- Strategy & Growth
- Help shape the club's commercial strategy
- Contribute to the development of sponsorship assets and packages
- Support the long-term vision of building a sustainable commercial department
