Bexley Medical Group is seeking a Practice Nurse to support our surgery in Bexleyheath. We are a GP practice based across three sites in Bexleyheath, Erith and Bexley.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, administer immunisations, and contribute to chronic disease management and health promotion across our three sites. This role requires collaboration with GPs, nursing staff and administration to maintain patient safety and service standards.
