Job Summary
We are always seeking a motivated and experienced Seasonal Gardeners to join our team for the busy spring and summer months. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in various weather conditions. This role involves a mix of garden maintenance tasks and small-scale landscaping projects, ensuring that our clients’ gardens look their best throughout the season.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine garden maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, weeding, and planting.
- Assist with landscape design and installation projects.
- Ensure all gardens are kept tidy, healthy, and visually appealing.
- Identify and treat pests, diseases, and other garden issues.
- Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their gardening needs and preferences.
- Work collaboratively with the Bexhill Gardening team to achieve project goals.
