We work in partnership with Eastbourne Borough Football Club and the Chelsea Foundation to provide exceptional training and support to our players, helping them excel both on and off the field. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our Football Academy Team. In this role, you will design and implement effective strength and conditioning programs tailored to the needs of our football players. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing athletic performance, reducing injury risk, and supporting overall player development.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Acting as a Teaching Assistant
- Supervising our College Gym
- Providing enrichment sessions for students
The successful candidate will hold a degree in a related area. Football coaching qualifications and an interest in being a coach for one of our teams would be an advantage. This role can be full or part time and is term time only. Successful candidates will be required to possess an enhanced DBS certificate to be employed at the College. Please be aware that we are also required to conduct online searches as part of our safeguarding checks and due diligence for all shortlisted candidates.
