We are looking for a Level 2 football coach to join our dynamic and ambitious football coaching team as we strive to nurture the next generation of football players. We are dedicated to providing a holistic approach to player development, focusing on both on-field skills and personal growth. The successful candidate will act as one of the coaches for the College Academy under the guidance of the lead coach. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the College partnerships with the Chelsea Foundation, Eastbourne Borough Football Club and Bexhill United Football Club. The successful candidate will run one of the teams as well as providing recreational football opportunities for students across the College.

This is a 33 hour a week role and is term time only. Sports centre work, if required, will be paid in addition. The role will be combined with teaching assistant work in the sports area or providing enrichment sessions for students to make a full-time role.

The College reserves the right to interview and appoint early if a suitable candidate applies. The successful candidate will be required to possess an enhanced DBS certificate to be employed at the College.
