Bexhill College is a successful and ambitious college committed to delivering high-quality education and strong outcomes for our students. We are looking for a highly organised Finance Officer to work within our dedicated finance team.

The successful candidate will implement day-to-day financial operations including weekly payment run, purchase ordering and balance sheet reconciliations. The successful candidate should be AAT qualified to level 2 or equivalent ideally with previous experience in a finance role. They need to have an eye for detail and be methodical and accurate in their work.

The successful candidate will need to be able to manage a varied workload within a busy environment. They will be able to work independently as well as part of a team. This is a full time post - 37 hours a week.

The post attracts 22 days holiday plus bank holidays pro rata and is part of the Local Government Pension Scheme. Term Time Only with some plus days would be considered for the right candidate.

The College reserves the right to interview and appoint early if a suitable candidate applies. Successful candidates will be required to possess an enhanced DBS certificate to be employed at the College.
