The Early Years Nursery is a vibrant and nurturing early childhood education setting which is committed to providing a stimulating and safe environment for young children. We believe in fostering curiosity, creativity, and social development through a play‑based approach.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a well‑qualified and passionate early years practitioner to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be qualified in early years to Level 3. This is a full‑time post, 37 hours a week between 8.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday. This is an all‑year round post with the successful candidate being a key member of the holiday club team.

The Early Years Nursery is part of Bexhill College and, as such, staff benefit from good holiday entitlement and the local government pension scheme. The College reserves the right to interview and appoint early if a suitable candidate applies.

The successful candidate will be required to possess an enhanced DBS certificate and be subscribed to the update service to be employed at the College nursery. Please be aware that the College are also required to conduct online searches as part of our safeguarding checks and due diligence on short‑listed candidates.
