- Manage and advance a commercial property caseload with technical proficiency
- Build and nurture client relationships and cross-sell services within the team
- Contribute as a fee earner and collaborate with colleagues to deliver quality work
- Support business development and contribute to a successful commercial property team
- Maintain high professional standards and handle matters with confidentiality
Key requirements
- Detailed knowledge and technical expertise in commercial property matters
- Qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive or equivalent
- Experience handling commercial property caseloads
- Ability to work in Yeovil and/or Taunton offices (full-time or part-time)
