Our client, an established and highly regarded law firm, is offering the opportunity to join their private Family law department in their Warminster office. Our client is looking to appoint a full‑time and/or part‑time Solicitor, Legal Executive or equivalent to their family law department.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with private family law caseloads including divorce proceedings, financial remedy proceedings, cohabitation and separation agreements, pre‑ and post‑nuptial agreements, and children matters.
- Build and strengthen both existing and new client relationships.
- Contribute effectively as a fee earner within a successful family law team.
