About the Role

Our client, a respected Devon‑based law firm, is looking for a full‑time or part‑time Locum Solicitor, Legal Executive, or equivalent to support their Private Client Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide locum cover for private client matters including wills, probate, tax, and trust work.
  • Build and strengthen both existing and new client relationships.
  • Contribute as a locum fee earner within a successful private client team.

Qualifications

  • Detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with private client caseloads such as wills, probate, tax, and trust matters.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualification or experience in private client work.

Compensation

Extremely competitive hourly pay rate.
