Our client, an established and highly regarded law firm, is offering the opportunity to join at a senior level their private Family law department in their Manchester office. Our client is looking to appoint a Solicitor or Legal Executive or equivalent at a senior level to their family law department.
You will be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with private family law caseloads including:
- divorce proceedings
- financial remedy proceedings
- cohabitation and separation agreements
- pre and post nuptial agreements
- children matters
You will have the opportunity to build and strengthen both existing and new client relationships, while contributing effectively as a senior fee earner within a successful family law team.
