Our client, an established and highly regarded law firm, is offering the opportunity to join their private Family law department in their Liverpool office. Our client is looking to appoint a full‑time and/or part‑time Solicitor or Legal Executive or equivalent to their family law department.
You will be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with private family law caseloads including divorce proceedings, financial remedy proceedings, cohabitation and separation agreements, pre‑ and post‑nuptial agreements, and children matters.
You will have the opportunity to build and strengthen both existing and new client relationships, while contributing effectively as a fee earner within a successful family law team.
