Job Overview
Our client, an established law firm, is looking to appoint a full‑time and/or part‑time Solicitor, Legal Executive or equivalent to join their private Family Law department in their central Bristol office.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
You will be required to:
- Demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in handling private family law caseloads, including divorce proceedings, financial remedy proceedings, cohabitation and separation agreements, pre‑ and post‑nuptial agreements, and children matters.
- Build and strengthen both existing and new client relationships.
- Contribute effectively as a fee earner within a successful family law team.
