Responsibilities
- Manage both contentious and non-contentious employment law caseloads
- Develop and maintain client relationships and assist in business development
- Act as a fee earner within a successful employment law team
- Deliver high-quality, timely legal advisory and representation
- Contribute to case strategy and workload planning
- Support colleagues and participate in the firm’s working environment and culture
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive or equivalent
