Do you want to join the Dispute Resolution department of a leading firm? Our client, an established and highly regarded Somerset/Dorset based law firm, is offering the opportunity to join their market-leading Litigation department in their Yeovil office and/or Bath office and/or Poundbury office. You can be based in the office location of your preference and with Hybrid working.
Our client is looking to appoint a full-time or part-time Solicitor or Legal Executive or equivalent to their litigation department. You will be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with litigation caseloads including civil litigation and commercial litigation matters. You will be able to build and develop new and existing client relationships and you will be able to work effectively as a fee earner as part of a successful dispute resolution team.
Responsibilities- Handle litigation caseloads including civil and commercial litigation matters.
- Build and develop new and existing client relationships.
- Work effectively as a fee earner as part of a dispute resolution team.
- Operate within the firm’s Litigation department in the Yeovil, Bath or Poundbury offices, with hybrid working as offered.
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive or equivalent (full-time or part-time).
- Demonstrated detailed knowledge and technical expertise in litigation, including civil and commercial matters.
- Ability to build and develop client relationships.
- Ability to work effectively as a fee earner within a team.
