Responsibilities
- Manage private family law caseloads including divorce proceedings, financial remedy, cohabitation and separation agreements, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- Handle children matters within family law cases
- Develop and strengthen client relationships and work collaboratively as a fee earner within the team
- Contribute to delivering high-quality, specialist family law advice and services
Key requirements
- Solicitor or Legal Executive or equivalent with demonstrable experience in private family law
- Strong technical knowledge across divorce, financial remedy, nuptial agreements, and children matters
