I'm working with a large utilities client seeking an experienced Service Transition Project Manager to work on a very exciting programme to transition the company's MSP provider.
Responsibilities:
- The Service Transition Project Manager will need to be extremely organised.
- Be comfortable communicating with offshore suppliers.
- Comfortable having difficult conversations and holding internal and external teams accountable.
- You will support the programme manager by creating reporting packs and supporting on feeding back to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience within a service transition (ideally managed service) project.
- Exceptional stakeholder management experience - internal and external/offshore teams.
- Confident PM that can build credibility quickly.
