Bewl Adventures is seeking a Chief Instructor / Head of Watersports to lead and shape a new watersports programme at Bewl Water. The role involves driving high standards across safety and instructional delivery for both watersports and land-based activities.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience, hold an RYA Safety Boat Certificate, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. This is an opportunity to build a meaningful programme from the ground up at a premier outdoor destination.
