The Role

We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our growing commercial team.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who already has experience within Pharmacy Sales and / or Digital Healthcare, who wants to progress their Sales Career in the Healthtech space.

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Researching and identifying potential community pharmacy partners
  • Making outbound calls, emails, and Linked In outreach to generate interest
  • Booking product demos and introductory meetings
  • Clearly communicate Be Well’s value to pharmacy organisations.
  • Maintaining accurate records in the CRM
  • Supporting the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within healthtech, pharmacy, or healthcare services.
  • Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers with clear, consultative communication.
  • Competence in using CRM systems, sales productivity tools, and data to plan activities.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical platform features into business value.
  • Good understanding of pharmacy workflows, healthcare technology, or interoperable platforms is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and adapt to a hybrid work model across client sites, and home.
  • Willingness to travel within the United Kingdom for client meetings and industry events as required.
