Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer to join our ever-expanding company, based at our branch in Telford. Due to the hybrid nature of this role, it could also be suitable for individuals based in Leicester and Birmingham
The primary task of this role is to generate, increase and retain sales developments for the ClimaTech Division. You will need a Level 3 certification in Plumbing and Heating or Air Conditioning qualification, or equivalent hands-on experience.
About the Role
- Prepare accurate and competitive customer quotes.
- Provide heat loss calculations to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency.
- Assist installers with expert advice and support on system design and installation.
- Technical support by liaising with manufacturers to offer pre- and post-sales support.
- Customer needs interpretation by liaising with colleagues to ensure accurate requirements.
- Installer training: Ensure appropriate certification is held by installers.
- Coordinate delivery with colleagues and installers to ensure a seamless delivery process.
