Leicester Sales Operative - Leicester Branch

Contract Type: Full-time, 7.30 am – 17.30 (45 hrs) Monday to Friday

Do you have previous sales experience? We are seeking a Sales Operative to join our friendly team here at BEW Leicester, an award-winning Electrical Distributor.

Working Monday to Friday, you will be approachable, knowledgeable, and have a positive attitude.

You’ll need to get to know our customers and understand their needs so that you can sell the right product, either face-to-face or on the telephone. Handling quotations and sales orders by email is also part of the role, so your keen eye and attention to detail will be essential.

Confident and reliable with a hands-on approach to work, you will be dealing with enquiries at the trade counter and picking and packing sales orders.

About the Role

• Hours: Monday to Friday 07:30 – 17:30 (45 hours per week)

About You

• Knowledge of products and experience in sales within the electrical wholesale industry is preferred but not essential. Full training will be given.
• Confident in using in-store systems and working to processes.
• Can communicate well and take down information accurately.
• Proficient with Excel and Outlook.
