About the Role
As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all holiday accommodation and facilities are cleaned to an exceptional standard. You will work as part of a team to create a welcoming environment for our guests, helping them enjoy a relaxing and memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare holiday accommodation and facilities to a high standard.
- Complete a range of housekeeping duties as required to meet business needs.
- Follow set cleaning procedures and schedules as instructed by supervisors.
- Ensure all finishing touches, such as coffee pods and bath mats, are added where necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of housekeeping stores.
- Report maintenance issues to supervisors for prompt resolution.
- Carry out deep-cleaning tasks as required, such as turning mattresses, dusting lampshades, and cleaning curtains.
- Conduct inventory checks and replace missing or broken items.

Education, Training, and Experience
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (preferred but not essential as full training is given).
- Understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
