Armagh, BT66 6LN Salary: Discussed at interview stage Hours: 35 hours per week (8:30am 4:30pm Monday – Friday, with one day each week finishing at 1:30 pm) Contract Type: Permanent Company Background Currently employing around 90 staff members, Beverage Plastics Ltd. is one of Northern Irelands most successful and innovating packaging manufacturers and is a market leader in the supply of a wide range of packaging products including plastic (PET) bottles, preforms and (HDPE) closures for the soft drinks, mineral water and beverage industry in the UK and Ireland. The Role The Sales Co-Ordinator will join an established Sales Co-Ordination team to ensure that excellent customer service and sales support is provided at all times. Key Duties will include: Sales Co-Ordination Ensuring a high-level of customer service is delivered at all times. Processing orders and dealing with customer enquiries in an efficient and effective manner. Co-ordinating sales internally and liaising with sales staff. Forecasting customer orders to assist production. Carrying out any other duties as necessary to ensure the smooth running of the function. Reception & Administration Meeting and greeting visitors. Answering telephone calls and re-directing internally as necessary. Ordering and distribution of stationary. General administration as necessary. To apply for this role, you must have: Two years experience in a customer-services, sales order processing or sales administration environment, preferably within manufacturing. IT Literate with working knowledge of MS Office packages. Previous experience of using ERP systems / Company-wide information systems. Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative. Excellent organisational, time management and interpersonal skills.
