Overview
Rapid AV (part of the Bevec Group) delivers professional audio, lighting, staging and full event production for corporate conferences, exhibitions and brand activations across the UK. We’re hiring commission-only telesales & DM closers to bring in new clients. This is not small-ticket selling. Deals are £12–£20k each, and clients typically spend £120k+ per year.
Commission Structure
- 5% on every booking you close
- PLUS 2% of that client’s total spend for their first 12 months
- Fully uncapped
Example earnings: Just 3–5 good clients can realistically mean £5k–£10k+/month.
