Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical care to patients, including face-to-face and telephone clinics, workflow (correspondence, results, medication reviews, reports and clinical administration), safeguarding, surgery meetings and Duty Dr work.
- Show respect and sensitivity towards patients and colleagues, always following the GMC ethical principles in Duties of a Doctor.

- Keep careful medical records and collect data to monitor practice performance.

- Document and report learning events and clinical governance matters.
