Provide clinical care to patients, including face-to-face and telephone clinics, workflow (correspondence, results, medication reviews, reports and clinical administration), safeguarding, surgery meetings and Duty Dr work. Responsibilities:

- Keep careful medical records and collect data to monitor practice performance.
- Ensure mandatory and organisational training is up to date.
- Ensure continuous professional development appropriate to the role.
- Engage with NHS annual appraisal and GMC revalidation.
- Participate in a culture that prioritises quality and safety.
- Document and report learning events and clinical governance matters.
- Promote evidence based practice and share good practice with colleagues and peers.
- Ensure data protection guidelines are followed, confidentiality is respected and patient access to services is promoted.
- Adhere to Bevan's Clinical Governance Standards, Policies and Procedures, and act as an ambassador for Bevan Community Benefit Society.
