This role is located in Rochdale, Heywood and Middleton for a Community Care Worker with driving responsibilities. As a Community Care Worker, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes, assist with daily living tasks, and ensure the holistic wellbeing of service users.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with personal care
  • Meal preparation
  • Medication administration
  • Transportation to appointments or errands as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience in caregiving, personal care assistance, and supporting individuals' daily living needs
  • Valid driver's license and access to a car with the ability to travel within Rochdale, Heywood and Middleton
