This role is located in Rochdale, Heywood and Middleton for a Community Care Worker with driving responsibilities. As a Community Care Worker, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes, assist with daily living tasks, and ensure the holistic wellbeing of service users.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with personal care
  • Meal preparation
  • Medication administration
  • Transportation to appointments or errands as needed
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with clients
  • Maintaining accurate records of care

Experience in caregiving, personal care assistance, and supporting individuals' daily living needs is required. A valid driver's license and access to a car with the ability to travel within Rochdale, Heywood and Middleton is necessary. Empathy, patience, and a compassionate approach to care are essential.

Previous experience in health and social care is desired but not essential. Relevant certifications, such as NVQ Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care, are an advantage; however, full training and a uniform will be provided.

Competitive rates of pay above NMW along with Holiday Pay and Mileage Allowance.
