Overview: Maintaining a computer data and knowledge of People Planner or similar systems and keeping information up to date at all times.
Working closely with the Registered Manager to ensure compliance with all office systems and procedures.
Complete risk assessment and person-centred support plans.
Answering incoming telephone enquiries.
Ensuring all client visits are covered and allocating all Care Assistants to the correct shifts.
Process new clients' referrals.
Organise and coordinate weekly rotas and care services.
Work with recruitment to ensure sufficient staffing levels.
Carry out on-call coordinating and response duties outside normal duties outside normal office hours as agreed.
Dealing with queries and supporting clients and family in a calm and professional manner.
Working with professionals and organisations to ensure person-centred packages of care are being delivered.
