Overview:
- Maintaining a computer data and knowledge of People Planner or similar systems and keeping information up to date at all times.
- Working closely with the Registered Manager to ensure compliance with all office systems and procedures.
- Complete risk assessment and person-centred support plans.
- Answering incoming telephone enquiries.
- Ensuring all client visits are covered and allocating all Care Assistants to the correct shifts.
- Process new clients' referrals.
- Organise and coordinate weekly rotas and care services.
- Work with recruitment to ensure sufficient staffing levels.
- Carry out on-call coordinating and response duties outside normal office hours as agreed.
- Dealing with queries and supporting clients and family in a calm and professional manner.
- Working with professionals and organisations to ensure person-centred packages of care are being delivered.
- Ensure that rotas are well planned and organised and to take into account for routes and travel times.
- Supporting community care staffing in a managerial position.
