We are seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our team as Partner Designate. This role is intended for individuals who are currently on, or working towards, a pathway to becoming a Partner. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in driving the firm’s growth, managing client relationships, and leading teams of dedicated professionals. This position is part of our succession planning strategy and is essential for supporting our ambitious growth plans throughout Wales. This role involves opening and developing an office in Monmouthshire from the ground up, providing an exciting opportunity to grow your own client base and establish a new presence in the area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic advice and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the firm’s growth and expansion.
  • Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Qualifications

  • Professional Certification: ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualification.
  • Practising Certificate: ACCA or ACA candidates must hold a valid Practising Certificate.
  • Responsible Individual Certification: ACCA or ACA candidates must be a certified Responsible Individual or be willing to undertake this.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in accountancy or business advisory, with a proven track record of success in a senior role.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Client Focus: Excellent client management skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and capitalise on new opportunities.
