Key Responsibilities- Always represent the firm with the highest levels of customer care, integrity, and professionalism
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer incoming calls when required and redirect or take messages
- Carry out filing, photocopying, scanning, binding, and faxing as and when required
- Keep updated records and files
- Processing credit/debit card payments and transactions
- To continually review existing processes/procedures for continuous improvement
- Check, sort, and forward emails and respond where necessary
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, office supplies, etc.)
- Provide other administrative support and duties as and when required
- Company Secretarial Services
- Setting up clients, including money laundering procedures
- Maintaining Excel spreadsheets for statistical reporting
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with office equipment
- Knowledge of office management business support duties
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- Approachable with excellent interpersonal skills
