What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is flexible, supportive, with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to implementing change. This is an exciting opportunity to work within an experienced team that will provide training and development, enabling you to work towards becoming a successful Business Analyst.
Main Duties
- Work closely with and provide support to members of the Transformation team on projects.
- Set up meetings, create and update project documentation, draft reports, carry out testing of software, systems and processes, and capture and report test results.
- Chair meetings, capture decisions, and write up notes.
- Support process mapping workshops, maintenance of task lists, and follow up on agreed actions.
- Support project testing in readiness for project delivery and provide delivery support as a subject matter expert.
- Understand the benefits of online technology and become expert in creating and developing online data rooms.
- Demonstrate an interest in technology and how it can improve service delivery.
- Show good attention to detail, organisational skills, and a desire to develop as a Business Change Analyst.
- Previous experience of supporting projects and process mapping is preferable.
- Strong desire and ability to learn new ways of working and encourage others to adopt them.
- Some knowledge of law firms and delivery of legal services is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong communication skills with a logical mindset and keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work with people at all levels of the organisation and across all teams.
- Capacity to work both independently and with others.
- Good IT literacy, proficiency in Microsoft products, with knowledge and experience of Visio an advantage.
- Some travel may be required (when safe to do so) to office locations as project work demands.
