Bevan Brittan LLP seeks an experienced solicitor to join its Property Litigation team based in Leeds with a flexible hybrid-working pattern.
You will advise a broad client base, including central government bodies, housing providers, local authorities, lenders, NHS bodies, and universities.
You will handle property litigation in courts and tribunals, and provide wider contentious property advice.
Experience with Building Safety Act 2022 and leasehold matters is helpful but not essential.
