Supporting the Commercial Manager on all commercial and contractual aspects on the Beumer UK Airport projects. Awareness of the management of the NEC4 contract to deliver the project financials to planned targets and to support the Commercial Manager and capture all changes and delays on the project to ensure cost reimbursement under the contract. Support the application for payments to the client and any subcontractors to manage and optimise the cashflow. Support the PMS (Performance Measurements System) reporting requirements to the customer. Liaise effectively with counterparts on the clients side (and any subcontractors) to ensure timely closure of all points and issues on the contract (including the change management process). Awareness of project budgets and internal/external reporting requirements as necessary. Liaise effectively with other BEUMER locations engaged on the project and manage internal relationships.
