Reports to: Head Office / Brand Director
Purpose of the Role
To lead and manage the Beulah London concession within a prestigious heritage department store delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience while driving sales performance, brand presence, and operational excellence. The Retail Lead acts as brand ambassador, ensuring seamless client engagement both in-store and digitally.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Maximise ATV (Average Transaction Value) and UPT (Units Per Transaction)
- Identify opportunities for growth within the department store’s customer base
- Monitor performance KPIs and report to Head Office
Client Experience & Clienteling
- Deliver exceptional, personalised styling and luxury service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VICs
- Lead clienteling initiatives including follow‑ups, appointment bookings, and outreach
- Ensure all customers receive post‑visit follow‑up communication
Brand Representation
- Act as the face of Beulah London within the department store
- Ensure concession visual standards reflect luxury brand positioning
- Liaise with the department store’s in‑store management team
Operations & Stock Management
- Oversee stock levels, replenishment, and transfers
- Conduct stock checks and maintain organised back‑of‑house space
- Manage returns and resolve customer issues promptly
Digital & Communication
- Respond to client enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Monitor social media interactions related to the concession
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM data
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in luxury retail management
- Strong leadership and independent working ability
- Confident in clienteling and relationship‑building
- Experience with POS systems and Shopify preferred
- Excellent communication and styling skills
