Beu Solicitors offer a specialist service representing children, children guardians, parents and local authorities in complex public law matters. We have a wealth of experience in acting for both children directly and through their guardians in Public/Private Law Proceedings. The team assists with Emergency Protection Orders, Care proceedings, Secure Accommodation Orders, Adoption, International elements of child abduction, Medical Treatment Orders, and applications under the Inherent Jurisdiction of the High Court.
We seek a Children Panel Solicitor to assist us in continuing to provide guardians and parents with reliable, tailored, and professional legal service. The role will require the management of your caseload, to work as part of a cohesive team, while maintaining high professional standards and meeting KPI targets. Proven ability to deal with vulnerable clients, alongside excellent client care and client resolution skills. The ability to collaborate with guardians and other professionals to achieve the best outcome for children. We are looking for a Children Panel Solicitor who undertakes their own advocacy to join our team.
