We are looking for an outstanding Store Manager to join the BTL family at our new store in GUILDFORD. You will need to have a real passion for our beautiful products and a natural warmth that will engage your team.
About You
The most important aspect of this job is to have the ability to confidently create and lead a happy, engaged and motivated team.
As a Store Manager, you will preferably have at least two years of store management experience, an excellent work ethic and a positive attitude, creating a welcoming environment for our customers and ensuring the smooth running of your store.
Responsibilities
- Ensure our outstanding Customer Service Standards are maintained
- Take responsibility for reaching set financial targets and KPI\βs without pressure selling
- Adhere to and follow our policies and procedures
- Ensure all rotas and administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Maintain excellent product presentation and knowledge in line with our company standards
- Follow good housekeeping principles by ensuring the store and staff areas are clean and tidy at all times
- Attend and participate in all management training sessions
- Maintain Health & Safety checks and compliance
- Follow all security measures as a keyholder
- Always leading by example and with kindness
Rewards and Benefits
- Competitive salary from Β£28k+ depending on experience
- 4.5 days working week (for the same pay as working full-time)

- BUPA cover (after successful completion of 6 month probation period)
- Extra paid day off if birthday falls on a working day

- 30 days annual leave (increasing by a day for each year of service, up to 35 days)

Hours of Employment (subject to change from time to time)
Being a manager, extra hours over and above your regular hours of employment will be required to support the business at times.
Please note that no holidays are permitted in November and December as this is our peak trading period. Maximum of 1 week\βs holiday permitted in September.
