Main Functions:
- Draft, review, and maintain technical specifications for civil works (earthworks, structures, pavements, drainage, and dry utilities).
- Review and approve Material Acceptance Requests (MARs) in accordance with project requirements.
- Verify compliance with regulations, technical standards, and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with design, construction, and supplier teams. Provide technical support during project execution.
- Participate in technical reviews, coordination meetings, and approval processes.
- Ensure document traceability and quality control of materials and construction solutions.
- Ensure compliance with current technical and safety regulations in the United Kingdom applicable to infrastructure projects.
