Main Functions:

• Draft, review, and maintain technical specifications for civil works (earthworks, structures, pavements, drainage, and dry utilities).
• Review and approve Material Acceptance Requests (MARs) in accordance with project requirements.
• Verify compliance with regulations, technical standards, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with design, construction, and supplier teams. Provide technical support during project execution.
• Participate in technical reviews, coordination meetings, and approval processes.
• Ensure document traceability and quality control of materials and construction solutions.
• Ensure compliance with current technical and safety regulations in the United Kingdom applicable to infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• University degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
• More than 5 years of experience in industrial and urban civil engineering projects such as earthworks, structures, pavements, drainage, and dry utilities.
• Experience in preparing technical documentation and material approval processes.
• Knowledge of British regulations and standards is essential.
• Advanced C1 or native level of English.
