As Senior Group Category Manager, you will lead strategic sourcing and supplier management to build a resilient supply chain, optimize processes, and deliver measurable value.

What you’ll do

  • Strategic Procurement Leadership
    • Lead development and execution of Category Strategy for Technology.
    • Manage sourcing project/renewals pipeline.
    • Conduct market analysis & supplier benchmarking for cost-saving opportunities.
    • Build and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with finance, operations, and business units to align procurement with objectives.
  • Supplier Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
    • Lead supplier selection, onboarding, and evaluation.
    • Negotiate contracts & service-level agreements.
    • Monitor supplier performance through KPIs & conduct reviews.
  • Compliance & Risk Management
    • Ensure procurement activities adhere to policies, legal requirements.
    • Implement risk management strategies.
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation & audit trails.
    • Support internal & external audits.
  • Process Optimization & Reporting
    • Identify and support improvement initiatives in sourcing processes.
    • Prepare and present regular reports to the Global Head of Procurement.
