As a Senior Creative Designer you’ll be supporting the delivery of high quality creative covering visual identities, campaign assets/design, product design and promo/logo designs. This will help us excel at visual communication, to stay ahead of the game.
What you’ll be doing
As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:
- Creating visually impactful, well thought-out, on-brand designs
- Ensuring your work is carried out to a high creative standard
- Striving for design excellence in everything you do
- Being a design ideator, full of ideas and inspiration
- Liasing with production-based designers to roll out your designs
- Being the ‘go-to’ brand guardian from a creative design perspective
- Interpreting stakeholder briefs, challenging where necessary, and communicate / deliver on them thereafter
- Helping to support the leadership team in the development and delivery of key initiatives
- Sharing knowledge and being open to learn from others, be they senior or junior to you
- Maintaining creative knowledge by attending design workshops and reviewing professional publications where possible taking a proactive approach to develop your knowledge and gain experience
- Keeping your finger on the pulse in terms of latest design trends and innovations
- In future: Assisting Art Directors to help advise on, and create, their vision

Essential skills you’ll bring to the table
The necessary skills that we require for this role include:
- Software skills across: Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D packages
- Excellent typography, layout skills
- Knowledge of: AI, motion graphics
- Experience in having oversight and providing guidance to other designers
- Experience in presenting and engaging with senior stakeholders
- Processes include, but not limited to conceptualising, brainstorming, presenting ideas etc.
- A good working knowledge of responsive design and mobile first practices
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- Highly organised and self-motivated with the ability to prioritise
