As our Paid Social Specialist, you’ll play a key part to support the execution, testing, and reporting of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone early in their media buying career who has exposure to iGaming, Nutra, Dating, or Gaming verticals and is eager to develop performance marketing expertise. Your drive and ideas will help us move faster, improve smarter, and stay ahead of the game.
What you’ll do:
- Assist with campaign setup and execution across paid social platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other relevant channels
- Support ad creative testing, audience testing, and budget pacing following predefined strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and flag trends, issues, or opportunities
- Compile and maintain campaign reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
- Perform basic optimisations (e.g., pausing underperforming ads, adjusting budgets, refreshing creatives) under guidance
- Ensure accurate tracking and tagging are in place (pixels, events, UTMs)
- Collaborate with creative, tracking, and analytics teams to support campaign success
- Stay up to date with platform updates, ad formats, and paid social best practices

What you’ll bring:
- Clear, confident communication (written and verbal), and the ability to breakdown complex ideas
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball

- Experience in paid social media buying or digital performance marketing
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
- Good understanding of key KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CVR)
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools

- In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends
