As our Marketing Manager for Ireland, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement and retention. The successful candidate will work both with local and central teams ensuring the alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable results.

What you’ll do

  • Define and lead the local marketing strategy to deliver commercial targets and market growth.
  • Own and manage annual and monthly marketing budgets, including forecasting, allocation, and cost control.
  • Develop and execute integrated multi‐channel marketing strategies to drive acquisition, retention, and overall market performance.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign and channel performance, providing insights and optimisations.
  • Maintain and improve marketing reporting frameworks to assess effectiveness and KPIs.
  • Monitor market conditions, regulations, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
  • Oversee and optimise all marketing channels to ensure best practice and maximise ROI.
  • Drive key processes such as conversion optimisation, product enhancements, and market‐specific marketing offers.
  • Collaborate closely with product, commercial, brand, legal, operations, and central marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Build and manage relationships with new and existing affiliate partners to support market growth.
  • Coordinate delivery of brand activity, ensuring development and execution across TV, radio, and press.
  • Support senior leadership on budget oversight, ROI requirements, and operational decision‐making.

  • Proven digital marketing experience, with a solid understanding of key online channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Mobile Marketing, Display).
  • Strong reporting experience and the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and use analytics to inform decision‐making.
  • Awareness of Ireland’s betting, marketing, and advertising regulations, and the ability to operate within a compliant framework.

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends.
  • Previous experience in the online sports betting or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations.
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards.
  • Experience in developing and executing customer acquisition strategies.
