As a Technical Compliance Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our systems and platforms meet the technical standards required across multiple regulated markets. You’ll develop strong expertise in regulatory technical requirements, manage end-to-end technical incidents — from assessment and resolution to reporting and ongoing monitoring — and act as an escalation point for all technical compliance matters. Your work will help safeguard the integrity, stability and regulatory readiness of our technical environment.
What you’ll do:
- Develop & maintain a solid knowledge of technical requirements to comply with online gambling legislation & regulations for multiple markets
- Execute end-to-end incident management including assessment, resolution, reporting & ongoing monitoring
- Act as an escalation point for all technical compliance matters, providing clear, practical advice to the business
- Provide compliant options to internal & external stakeholders on how to resolve technical incidents
- Maintain an accurate technical incident register
- Provide technical incident reporting which clearly outlines the cause, effect, resolution
- Support operational teams to maintain compliant, stable and effective technical functionality

- Experience using back-office systems to review, investigate and support technical compliance queries
- Strong Excel skills to manage, analyse and present technical compliance data clearly
- Experience analysing data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
- Basic coding knowledge to support technical investigations and process improvements
