As a Regulatory Compliance Manager you’ll be providing proactive, professional and commercially aware compliance advice and services to the business, covering designing and implementing controls to protect the business from regulatory risks and monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of the controls in the management of our exposure to risks.
What you’ll be doing
- Developing a solid knowledge base of legislation, regulations and technical documents
- Assisting with ensuring Betway is compliant with applicable regulations by providing the business with advice and support
- Carrying out a programme of monitoring for compliance risks
- Compilation, maintenance and submission reports, returns and notifications as required to meet the expectations of regulators
- Management and oversight of the Betway website(s)
- Liaising and maintaining close working relationships with third party companies involved in the operations of Betway’s licences
- Assisting in ad hoc duties as and when required

Essential skills you’ll bring to the table
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
- Knowledge of legislative frameworks and regulations of the online gambling industry, specifically Great Britain
- Experience in gambling regulatory compliance, ideally in B2C
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals
- Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations
Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve
- A second European language such as Spanish or German
- Compliance qualifications by ICA
