Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Designer with strong creative instincts to support the visual identity and creative output of the Betway brand worldwide. This role is ideal for early‑career creatives eager to grow, learn from experienced talent, and contribute to high‑impact campaigns across sport and entertainment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in delivering high‑quality creative across digital, social, campaign and brand channels.
  • Produce visually engaging, on‑brand design work with guidance from senior team members.
  • Support creative ideas and design solutions across campaigns and content.
  • Help with sponsorship and ambassador campaign rollouts.
  • Work across social assets, reactive content and campaign toolkits.
  • Maintain visual consistency and creative standards across markets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, production and creative teams across multiple regions.
