Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of project management and analysis of stand-alone Sports & Casino promotions and/or triggered communications in the areas of customer lifecycle.
  • Build new and improve existing workflows, enhance customer onboarding, retention and reactivation, ensuring compliance with responsible gambling and all country regulations.
  • Be a key contributor to the Sports & Casino communications and promotions strategy for the UK market.
  • Manage projects with involvement in all Retention and Marketing processes from planning to execution and reporting.
  • Manage content creation with the help of the creative team.
  • Ensure the Betway website is up to date across all platforms (mobile & desktop).
  • Troubleshoot issues with automated communications and workflows.
  • Liaise with external providers regarding software issues, features, and promotions.
  • Manage a range of communication tools – email, SMS, push notification, in-app messaging, landing pages etc.
  • Schedule promotional and communications calendars with stakeholders in the same regional team.
  • Profile players to create specific segments and offers.
  • Manage the execution and delivery of new workflows.
  • Liaise with Compliance, CRMX and Country Management to understand any new required workflows needed and manage their execution.
  • Manage a range of automated communications (Push Notifications, SMS, emails, Support tasks) within workflows.
  • Review and report on communications, website content and games’ performance.
  • Analyse and summarise customer data using Tableau dashboards to spot trends and patterns; bringing together data from various sources (CRM tools, excel sheets etc.).
  • Work with Analytics Department and Reporting Specialist on creating automated reports.

Desirable skills you have up your sleeve

  • In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends.
  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations.
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions.
  • Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies.
  • Experience in utilising Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Adobe CDP (Content Builder, Journey Builder etc.).
  • Experience in working in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience in working in an online business.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in understanding and diagnosing solutions.
