As a Data Analyst you’ll be using your skills to unlock the power of our data by finding innovative ways to analyse, organise, integrate, and visualise information. This will empower leaders across the business to make decisions quickly and confidently to stay ahead of the game.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing stakeholder requirements to ensure effective allocation of analytics resource across the marketing function
- Managing and mentoring analysts, empowering them to deliver on projects to a high standard
- Answering business questions from stakeholders across a wide range of departments (with a primary focus on marketing effectiveness)
- Addressing analysis requests and providing actionable insights
- Building reports/dashboards, models, and proof of concepts
- Partnering with relevant teams to determine campaign effectiveness using performance data
- Assisting the marketing team to determine ROI and monetary impact of acquisition efforts
- Improving the flow of reporting/explanations and rationale; explaining performance to relevant stakeholders
- Maintain knowledge, expertise, and best practises on a suite of data & BI technologies to promote appropriate adoption with the team
- Stay up to date on the latest technologies and best practices

Essential skills you’ll bring to the table
- Qualified to degree level in a numeric/data prominent discipline or similar
- At least 5 years work experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role.
- At least 2 years of experience of management within data analytics
- Experience using Databricks
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualisation tools.
- Demonstrable SQL skills to query complex data sets for the data analysis.
- Demonstrable analytical and report development abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to convey concepts, analysis, and insights to technical as well as non-technical audiences.
- Ability to develop and sustain relationships with key stakeholders and peers
- Ability to identify and prioritise only business requests that will yield tangible value
- Ability to analyse large amounts of data quickly and accurately
- Ability to manage a challenging workload, whilst working quickly and precisely under pressure.

- Experience of working in online gaming or casino industry
- Knowledge of online casino and sports betting
- Proficient in Excel or other data analysis tools
- Experience of using Google Analytics for reporting and analysis
- Proficiency in Python for advanced analytics, statistical modelling, or experimentation analysis
